This role will play an important part in growing existing partnerships via analysis of performance metrics, strategic recommendations for growth, and content/talent recommendations; including real time assessments and post-campaign wrap reports.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own strategic touch points of the sales process, including campaign pitch decks or proposals, campaign wrap decks, and supporting case studies 
  • Own the day-to-day relationships with a subset of MagicLinks brand partners (partner direct, affiliate network contacts, or agencies) and act as an advocate of those partners internally
  • Strategically plan how to grow revenue from major partners. Identify opportunities to maximize existing relationships in terms of revenue generation.
  • Identify and address gaps in content / campaign strategy and work cross-functionally with influencer and marketing teams to solve issues
  • Provide business reviews and insight with the assistance of our internal reporting tools and influencer team. 
  • Create wrap reports and lead calls to re-sign as needed
  • Analyze and monitor campaign performance in real time and offer recommendations and adjustments based on performance. 
  • Work cross-functionally in order to support overall growth and success of partnerships.

You are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 4+ years of business development, account management, digital partnerships experience 
  • Track record of thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Experience working with marketing/executive leaders within client organizations  
  • You “get it” – you know the influencer marketing world like the back of your hand, you have exceptional taste, and intuitively understands what a best path forward should look like 
  • Innovative, self-starter with a “can do it” and “can make it better” mentality
  • Proven ability to collect, analyze, and present data  
  • Knowledge of the paid media space and (even better) experience managing paid media campaigns 
  • Experience with leading social platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and others
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about the global retail industry, especially across fashion, beauty, tech, sustainability, sports, cooking, and home
  • You are an excellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex data and business cases
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, e-mail Marketing Systems, various CRM tools, and Adobe Editing Suite. 
  • Passionate about the future of digital media, technology, and curious to learn more
  • One who looks at all of these pre-requisites, and says to self, “yes I can do all of these things and more, and if I can't, I will learn how to”
