What is the Sephora Savings Event?

The Sephora Savings Event is a sitewide sale that only happens three times a year, and is specifically for Beauty Insiders. Dates and discounts differ depending on your membership tier, but everyone is given at least one discount beginning April 5th. Reminder: It’s free to sign up and become a Beauty Insider! Encourage your followers to sign up asap to receive promotions.

So let’s dig into strategy: here’s your playbook for creating and sharing content to earn big during this year’s Spring Sephora Savings Event.

April 5 – April 15
All Beauty Insiders receive 30% off the Sephora Collection from 4/5-4/15.

April 5 – April 15 Rouge Members
Those who spent over $1,000 at Sephora this last year get first access and 20% off sitewide.

April 9 – April 15 VIB & Insiders
VIB: Those who spent over $350 in the past year get 15% off sitewide.

Insiders: All other members (no minimum spend required) get 10% off sitewide.

Commission Rate: Earn up to 15% sitewide.

Sephora Savings Event: EXCLUSIVE Bonus Opportunity

✨ Only available at MagicLinks!

WHAT: An exclusive bonus program to reward you for linking to Sephora via MagicLinks during the month of April!

WHO: All creators, except those who are currently working with MagicLinks and Sephora on a paid or gifted opportunity.

WHEN: April 1-April 30, 2024

HOW: Creators have the opportunity to hit (1) earnings target to unlock (1) bonus. Creators must opt into the bonus opportunity no later than April 2nd to be considered for the bonus.

✨ Sephora’s standard rate is 15%. for those who hit Target 1 or 2, you will automatically make MORE when you link to Sephora using MagicLinks.


Email with “I’m opting into the Sephora Savings Event Bonus!” by April 2nd.

Create Sephora links using MagicLinks and share them with your audience for the whole month of April (4/1-4/30).

We will track your progress and bonus your account if you hit a target once the bonus period is over.

Content Strategy

Keep your shoppable storefront in your bio and direct your audience there frequently, so they know exactly where to shop your picks when the sale starts.

  • Create content about how the sale works. Educate your followers on tiers, access dates, and your fave products that will be on sale.
  • Add Sephora MagicLinks to your current content now—you’ll drop cookies as your audience explores your content, leading to more earnings during the sale.

✨ Turn on auto sync with YouTube in your MagicLinks Account. All MagicLinks added to your YouTube videos will be automatically added to your shoppable feed via ObsessedWith.It.

Once the Sale is Live
  • Share a new video announcing the sale is open! Update your ObsessedWith.It with in-stock items, cover your fave picks again, and consistently remind followers they can find your links in your shoppable storefront, linked in your bio.
  • Add your Sephora Sale ObsessedWith.It link to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube for the duration of the sale.
  • Keep sharing new links with your audience. Products sells out fast!

✨ Become a power user of Instagram stories during the sale—link to top trending products across the MagicLinks community during the sale, even if you don’t plan to purchase for yourself.
