The Role

We are seeking a passionate, proactive, Technical Support Analyst to join our fast-paced startup. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with all employees to resolve IT issues and support our IT office infrastructure.


Full-time Location: Venice, CA in the heart of an inspiring and eclectic artist community

 

What You’ll Do

  • Device management for laptops, monitors, and accessories
  • On/offboarding processes activities for employees and authorized users
  • Case triage (Jira) and administration of all IT applications and software
  • Interface with technology vendors- support system monitoring 
  • Building maintainable, repeatable, and reportable processes
  • Handle all general IT support within an office environment and remotely; Tier including but not limited to:
  • Apple, Google Workspace, Slack, Rippling, Atlassian, Jira, Figma, Hubspot & Intercom
  • Support of password managers in the enterprise
  • Handle various IT and Security related duties as requested by management 
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports as needed
  • Help with in-house IT setup and troubleshooting of network/wi-fi and facility issues
  • Managing support tickets between internal staff and engineering
  • Tier 2 technical support specialist with a variety of other technical responsibilities in our organization

 

What You Have:

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on IT experience, including:
  • At least 3 years of experience with local and remote desktop, laptop and printer support in a service desk and desk side support environment
  • Experience supporting mac and windows machines
  • Experience with TCP/IP networks, routers, and switches
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of an organization
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in problem diagnosis and resolution
  • Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing projects
  • Excellent time management skills and be accustomed to working within prescribed deadlines
  • Understand basic HTML, CSS, JS, JSON to be able to configure and troubleshoot our products
  • Know how to make REST API calls using tools like Postman or Curl and has have a basic understanding of different API methods
  • Write basic SQL and MQL queries to get data reports
