Seeking:
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.
Location: Remote in select states* or hybrid in Venice, CA in the heart of an inspiring and eclectic artist community

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with fellow engineers, QA, product and design to build new innovative application experiences for our products
- Experience with writing clean and maintainable code, in addition to unit tests with RSpec
- Provide data and API endpoints for UI/UX engineers to be used across multiple applications
- Build reporting and analytics dashboards
- Mentor other developers and designers
- 5-10% of your time would be to explore and identify product and technology ideas to bring to the team
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience as a full stack developer (or equivalent combination of frontend and backend experience)
- 4+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
- 4+ years of experience with React or related frontend framework
- 4+ years of experience with Tailwind CSS/Bootstrap responsive framework
- 2+ years of experience leading teams or organizing development projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building or supporting design systems/components
- Experience with NextJS
- Experience with React Native/mobile development
Compensation
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$190,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level of experience relevant to the job. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the range for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
