A Little About the Role

Come join us at MagicLinks as the first internal Recruiter where you will help create the magic with us connecting great talent with great leaders and exciting roles. You will report to the VP, People Strategy & Operations and lead the way in developing a best-in-class recruiting experience driven by our values and heart-led environment. You will be accountable for the full-cycle recruiting experience, implementing an exceptional strategy for talent recruitment, and developing our Managers and panels to be experts in selecting talent and creating a positive experience for all prospective employees.

Full-time Location: Remote in select states* or Venice, CA in the heart of an inspiring and eclectic artist community (*AZ, CA, GA, IL, IA, KS, MO, NY, NC, TN, TX, FL, MI, MA)

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy aligned to MagicLinks values, vision and DEI statement, fueled by proactive relationship development and deep Manager engagement
  • Manage and execute the full-cycle recruiting experience for Hiring Managers and candidates, this includes: posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and partnering with all parties through the offer process. 
  • Manage, champion, and effectively utilize LinkedIn, social media, job boards, and MagicLinks’ ATS to support recruiting efforts
  • Develop our Hiring Mangers and interview panels to deliver a best-in-class interview experience to our prospective employees’ in partnership with the VP, People Strategy
  • Partner in the onboarding experience for new employees
  • Partner in developing and promoting MagicLinks Employer Brand
  • Develop and deliver high quality reports to champion the success and needs of the recruiting function
  • As part of a small internal People Team, dabble in supporting other aspects of People Strategy as needed to support a thriving People function for MagicLinks

 A Little About You

  • Fueled by helping create that magical connection between the right candidate, right role, and right Leader
  • Known for putting your heart into your recruiting efforts and are a master relationship builder, developing a network of people that trust you 
  • Experienced in recruiting with about 5 years of experience, preferably with experience touching tech, sales, and/or the influencer space
  • An excellent coach and educator for Hiring Managers to develop their selection process and interview execution
  • Able to help managers develop effective case studies or other selection assessments to thoughtfully support their decision-making, when necessary
  • A proven expert leveraging LinkedIn and other software or job boards to build pipeline
  • Excited by opportunities to build our employer brand at conferences or other in-person moments in partnership with Leaders and Managers
  • Creative in identifying new talent pipelines to develop the diversity of our organization
  • Excited by challenges and the opportunity to be the first in-house recruiter in a passionate environment
  • Aligned to MagicLinks’ values and driven to be a champion of them in all aspects of your efforts in the role
