Role: Project Manager
Full-time Location: Venice, CA in the heart of an inspiring and eclectic artist community

Seeking: We are looking for a passionate, proactive, agile Project Manager to join our fast-paced start-up. You would be working on set of products for our brands and online influencers by contributing new features, maintaining existing and improving our technical infrastructure. We work hard, move fast, and have a ton of fun along the way.

Expectations of this Role

  • Work with our Director of Product and upper leadership on development and execution of our Product strategy
  • Create and maintain product documentation
  • Be able to translate business ideas into technical requirements for Designers and Developers
  • Coordinate internal resources and third party vendors to complete projects
  • Perform risk assessment to minimize project risks
  • Work with developers to come up with estimates and present project timelines to upper management
  • Test and verify completed projects
  • Coordinate deployment scheduling of various features
  • Take radical ownership of a project to make sure it’s on track through various milestones of SDLC


  • 3-5 years of experience in a web-based software environment
  • Experience with project management software (JIRA, Trello, etc.)
  • Experience with creating technical documentation and wireframes
  • Experience working in a cross-functional development team environment
  • Familiar with web-based technologies, including front-end, back-end, database, APIs
  • Familiar with 3rd party vendors and technical integrations
  • Agile/Scrum experience is a plus
  • Degree in Computer Science is a plus
  • Other technical experience is a plus (Developer, Tester, DevOps, etc.)
